A Healthier 2012

I was a lot healthier in 2011 than in 2010.

In 2010, I made a lot of trips to different clinics and physicians to treat my insomnia.  I was under too much physical, emotional and mental turmoil that year brought about by lack of sleep.  For the half of 2010, I was sleeping around three to four hours only in a day and there were even days when I only got an hour. I lost so much weight during those period and my moods became very erratic.

I am grateful because 2011 was different.  I was able to establish a good sleeping pattern that most days I got at least six hours of shut eyes.  There were occasions that I had too little sleep but that was brought about by trying to finish some important tasks and not because of insomnia.

Sleep does real wonders to our health.  I feel more energetic and happier compared to those times when I do not get enough sleep.

Aside from being able to sleep well, 2011 was the year I went organic with regards to the beauty and bath products I used.  I now only used organic products from head to toe.  I am happy that I was able to discover quality organic products that are readily available and affordable.  Most of the entries I have made in the last quarter of 2011 in this blog were all about organic products I have tried.

I hope that I will be a lot healthier in 2012.  Some of the habits I wish to form this year are the following:

1. Exercise at least three times a week.

2. Drink milk every day or take Calcium supplement.

3. Be mindful of my posture because I tend to slouch.

4. Eat fruits for snacks.

5. Incorporate more vegetables and fish into my diet.

I pray that this year will be a healthier year for all of us. I also wish to be able to visit many different places I have never been  to and to be able to win bids on dealfun.com reviews for the latest techie gadgets.
