I woke up at 4:30 am on a Sunday morning. It is not unusual for me because that’s the
time I usually wake up every day.
But last Sunday I really feel so sleepy that I was torn
between sleeping more and the tasks I have to accomplish. A debate ensued on my mind.
Waking up early would mean I can finish my pending tasks,
but I have been cutting down on my sleeping hours the previous days just to be able
to keep up with my tasks.
In the end I decided that tasks are endless, once you
started one chore, another one needs to be done again; so sleeping it is that I
chose. It was a rare occasion for me to
get extra sleep on a weekend.
Sleeping is as important as finishing household chores. A well rested person is able to accomplish
more because the body has more energy.
