Morning Snack: Taho

I’m up as early as 4:30 am every weekday because of work, by 6:00 am I am eating my breakfast already, so by 10 am my stomach is complaining of hunger already, and I still have to wait for two hours till lunch time.

To quiet my hungry tummy and to avoid getting distracted by hunger at work, I usually get a serving of my favorite taho from my regular taho vendor.

So what are the health benefits of eating taho?

Taho is made from soybean which is rich in protein. 

Soybean is rich in lecithin, vitamin E and magnesium which are important for the normal function of bones, heart and arteries.  According to researches, regular intake of soybean reduces risk to breast, prostate and colon cancer.

Knowing the said information makes me love eating taho every morning.
