I'm a little obsessed with vegetable juices these past few days. I read up a lot on nutritious vegetables that can be juiced and realized that these vegetables are packed with so much nutrients my body needs. I'm not really big on those vegetable juices sold in cartons in supermarket because it contains a lot of preservatives. I want the fresh vegetables that are freshly squeezed by a juicer.
We had a juicer at our house that hasn't been used for ages, I hope its still working so I can have my freshly squeezed veggie juice everyday.
I'm on the taste test phase, trying out different vegetable juice that agrees well with my palate. So after my carrot juice, I gave the cucumber juice a try.
Again, this is purely cucumber about three small pieces placed inside the juicer.
Before I give my verdict let me first share the nutrients found in cucumber.

3. Daily consumption of cucumber juice is beneficial for those suffering from eczema, arthritis , gout and diabetes.
4. Cucumber is good for those with teeth and gum diseases.
5. The potassium in cucumber helps stabilize blood pressure.

After tasting my cucumber juice- I would say I prefer to munch on it then to drink it. I still prefer carrot juice compared to cucumber juice. But cucumber juice isn't that bad. I would give it a try again, maybe the taste will grow on me.




I have not tried it. I know cucumber is very nutritious but I am not so sure about the taste of the juice if it taste good.
